Tracy Blanchard is a certified Non-Violent Communication™ (NVC) mediator and is trained to mediate in the Massachusetts’ court system.
She is a member of the Harvard Mediation Program, where she has served on the Training Corps and as Liaison in Malden District Court. She has also developed and delivered conflict management trainings for the Harvard Divinity School. Tracy has studied Spiritual Direction at Boston College School of Theology and graduated from Andover Newton Theological School with a Certificate in Spiritual and Pastoral Care in May of 2016. She graduated with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara, where she received a B.A. in English Literature and minored in Creative Writing.
Tracy has sixteen years of experience at Harvard University in administration, event management, and communications. Prior to joining HNMCP, Tracy served in positions at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, the Kennedy School of Government, and the Carpenter Center for the Visual Arts. Before coming to Harvard she worked in special sales and marketing for the Globe Pequot Press and Little, Brown, & Company.
