Tracy is a certified Non-Violent Communication™ (NVC) mediator and is approved to mediate in the Massachusetts’ court system through the Harvard Mediation Program, where she served on the Training Corps and as Liaison in Malden District Court for several years. She has also developed and delivered conflict management trainings for the Harvard Divinity School. Tracy earned a Certificate in Spiritual and Pastoral Care from Andover Newton Theological School in 2016 and is currently a student in the Rowe Spiritual Guidance Program to offer spiritual direction, group work, and retreats. She graduated with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara, where she received a B.A. in English Literature and minored in Creative Writing. She is a paper and fiber artist.

Tracy has over seventeen years of experience in administration, event management, and communications at Harvard University. Prior to joining HNMCP, Tracy served in positions at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, the Kennedy School of Government, and the Carpenter Center for the Visual Arts. Before coming to Harvard she spent several years in publishing, managing special sales and marketing both for the Globe Pequot Press and Little, Brown, & Company.
