Tracy Blanchard is a certified Non-Violent Communication™ (NVC) mediator and is trained to mediate in the Massachusetts’ court system. She served as a member of the Harvard Mediation Program for many years,  where she was part of the Training Corps and was the Liaison in Malden District Court. She has developed and delivered conflict management trainings for students at the Harvard Divinity School.

Tracy has studied Spiritual Direction at Boston College School of Theology and graduated from Andover Newton Theological School with a Certificate in Spiritual and Pastoral Care. She graduated with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara, where she received a B.A. in English Literature and minored in Creative Writing.

Tracy has sixteen years of experience at Harvard University in administration, event management, and communications. Prior to joining HNMCP, Tracy served in positions at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, the Kennedy School of Government, and the Carpenter Center for the Visual Arts. Before coming to Harvard she worked in special sales and marketing for the Globe Pequot Press and Little, Brown, & Company.
