Tracy has worked at HNMCP since it’s early years, coming to the Law School in 2009 after serving Harvard University at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, the Kennedy School of Government, and the Carpenter Center for the Visual Arts. Before coming to Harvard, Tracy worked in special sales and marketing in the publishing industry at Little, Brown, & Company, The Globe Pequot Press, and Shoenhof’s Foreign Books.

Tracy is approved to mediate in the Massachusetts’ court system through the Harvard Mediation Program, where she served for several years on the Training Corps and as Liaison in Malden District Court. She is also a certified Non-Violent Communication™ (NVC) mediator. She has developed and delivered conflict management trainings for the Harvard Divinity School.

Tracy earned a Certificate in Spiritual and Pastoral Care from Andover Newton Theological School in 2016 and a Certificate in Spiritual Guidance from the Rowe Spiritual Guidance Program in 2019. She earned her B.A. with honors from the University of California at Santa Barbara, where she majored in English Literature and minored in Creative Writing. She is both a fiber artist and a hospice volunteer.
