Tracy has worked at HNMCP since it’s early years, coming to the law school in 2009 after eight years serving at other schools at Harvard University. Tracy is approved to mediate in the Massachusetts’ court system through the Harvard Mediation Program, where she served on the Training Corps and as Liaison in Malden District Court
