Mount Ida College is a small, private college of 1400 students in Newton, Massachusetts, providing career-focused programs built upon a strong foundation in the social and applied sciences, business, humanities, and the arts.
The College is enlisting the help of HNMCP to understand stakeholders’ perceptions of the Sex and Gender-Based Misconduct Policy and to make recommendations for further improvement.
Activities & Deliverables
- Conduct an assessment of stakeholders’ perceptions of the Sex and Gender-Based Misconduct Policy. This may include facilitating student focus groups, hosting a forum on campus where students can share opinions, sending surveys, and engaging in one-on-one interviews with faculty and administration;
- Provide a report and present findings and recommendations to the Title IX Officers of the College.
