The Daily News interviewed Bob Bordone for an article on this semester’s project with NY Councilman Daniel Garodnick. Students will be assessing the ways in which the NYC Comptroller’s Office processes claims against the City, whether the City is spending the right amount of time litigating versus settling cases, determining whether the best processes are being employed, and making recommendations on how best to improve the city’s conflict management systems.
