Perkins is an organization committed to improving the lives of people with blindness and deafblindness all around the world. The organization is driven by a team of experts and supported by a community committed to fulfilling this core mission.
Over the last year and a half, Perkins has undergone some significant changes to the leadership team and has undertaken new initiatives. In light of these sizeable changes, Perkins invited the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program to assess the impact of recent changes on Perkins staff and their work. With a desire to constantly improve, Perkins also invites the HNMCP team to make recommendations targeted at enhancing morale and increasing engagement across campus.
