The Harvard Mediation program is currently working with the Boston Police Department (BPD) to craft a civilian complaint mediation program for the BPD. The program would handle grievances involving accusations of rudeness, unprofessional conduct, and abusive language, freeing the Internal Affairs Division to focus on more serious complaints.
