Auschwitz Institute & African Union create African Network for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention

We received a wonderful email from Alex Zucker of the Auschwitz Institute for Peace & Reconciliation that read

I’m writing to share the wonderful news that Tuesday in Addis Ababa the Auschwitz Institute signed an agreement with the African Union to create the African Network for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention.

This project has been many months in the making and would not be possible without the support and participation of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program at Harvard Law in the early years of the Raphael Lemkin Seminar for Genocide Prevention. So many thanks! This is your achievement, too.”

Congratulations from HNMCP to the Auschwitz Institute and thank you for sharing this wonderful news!
